In lieu of an upload which I don't have time for, here's a site that creates premium megaupload links without all the waiting and ads. It'll just add a little "megapid.com" at the beginning of your file's name which you can delete later after the download is over. No pop up ads or anything, and full speed downloads, I think it's pretty awesome.
